カウンターフェニックスの選択もありだが自分にもダメージが来るのはいただけない。
Protean Hydra - (X)(G)ダメージを受けると一時的に小さくなり、End Stepにごつくでかくなる。

つまり、仮にカウンター5個乗った状態で2点ダメージを受けると、一時的に3/3になるが、ターン終了時に7/7にでかくなります。
ピンガーなんかいると自分で育てることも可能。
