累加アップキープはどこかの墓地にあるカードを2枚そのオーナーのライブラリーの底に置くと。
累加なので2→4→6…と増えていくため序盤に出してもイマイチ。
クリーチャーというより墓地対策っぽいカードですな

発掘と相性○

Surging Flame - (1)(R)
Instant
Ripple 4 (When you play this spell， you may reveal the top four cards of your library. You may play any revealed cards with the same name as this spell without paying their mana costs. put the rest on the bottom of your library)
Surging Flame deals 2 damage to target creature or player.

これ自体は2点火力。
Rippleのほうは「このスペル使うときライブラリーの上からX枚（X = Ripple X　この場合は4やね）めくり、その中にこれと同じスペルがあったらマナコスト~~払って~~払わずに使ってもいいよ。他のカードはライブラリーの底へ」って能力かな？

どーなのよ、これ？

指摘があったとおり、マナコストなしなら結構やるかもしれない。
火力があるならドローカードもあるはずだ！

When Jester’s Scepter comes into play， remove the top five cards of target player’s library from the game. face down. You may look at those cards as long as they remain removed from the game.
(2)， (T): put a card removed from the games with Jester’s Scepter into its owner’s graveyard. Counter target spell if is has the same name as that card.

これが場に出たとき対象のプレイヤーのライブラリーの上から5枚ゲームから裏向きに取り除く。このカードを見れるのはJester’s Scepterのコントローラーのみ。
2マナタップしてゲームから取り除かれたカードをそのオーナーの墓地に置くと、それと同じ名前のカードをカウンター。

…Howling Owl用？
ライブラリー破壊デッキも作れなくはないかもナ

これはプレリカードらしい
緑のピッチスペルはクリーチャー。
割と強いな…

1+ランドの分なので、1ターン目にプレイすると2/2です。
1ターン目ラノor鳥、こいつ。
2ターン目こいつ3/3アタック、カエル。
3ターン目こいつ4/4＋十手でアタックとか超強いね！！！

後半になれば10/10とかなるし。

Surging Flameですがwihtoutはwithoutのスペルミスだと思うので、「マナ・コストを支払うことなくプレイしてよい。」だと思います。
めくられてプレイされたSurging FlameもRipple 4を持っているので、めくるたびにSurging Flameがあって最大8点みたいな。
ちなみにめくられてプレイされたカードは通常通り墓地に置かれるので、墓地をライブラリーに戻すカードが有るとGOOD。
