正しくは、
Bloodthirstを持つクリーチャーが場に出たとき、いずれかのプレイヤーでもクリーチャーでもダメージが与えられてたら能力の数と同じ+1/+1カウンターが乗る。
とのことです。
でも、さすがに《戦争の精霊》みたく、プレイヤー限定になりそうだよねぇ…
